We are seeking a talented, people focused Practice Manager to lead our practice in St Ives, NSW. This is an exciting opportunity for an Optical Dispenser looking for career progression as a Practice Manager in a busy, upmarket optometry practice.

Key Accountability Areas & Related Responsibilities
• Communicate clearly with patients and visitors in a bright, friendly manner and promptly attend to their needs
• Provide leadership to the practice team to motivate them and create a positive, supportive atmosphere
• Ensure excellence in front line reception and maintain a tidy practice environment to provide a positive overall patient experience.
• Coordinate team members to ensure the completion of all tasks necessary to the smooth running of the practice

About You
• Cert IV in Optical Dispensing and at least 3 years of experience in optical dispensing, along with Leadership/Management experience is preferred
• Ability to lead, coach and engage a team to achieve goals
• Great communication skills with a strong attention to detail
