As Practice Manager you will be given the task to drive the success of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior optical dispenser or current PM to join a community based independent practice within a well established buying group.

What you will bring to the role:
• Optical Dispensing and retail management
• Preferably have a Cert IV in Optical Dispensing
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• An eye for great style and fashion trends
• Team management (small team)

Duties:
• Managing practice performance – staff meetings, reporting and admin
• Stock management
• Staff training
• Overseeing day to day operations to ensure smooth running of the practice.

No late nights and flexible roster with some weekend work included.
