Rhonda Brighton, Luxottica’s Senior Vice President of HR and Communication, Asia Pacific and Africa, has been awarded the prestigious 2009 Telstra NSW Business Woman of the Year. As Human Resources leader of the world’s largest eyewear company, Rhonda is responsible for developing the strategies which influence the working environment of 8,500 of the company’s regional employees.
Ms. Holly Kramer, Group Managing Director, Telstra Product Management and Telstra Business Women’s Awards Ambassador said Rhonda demonstrated all the qualities of an astute leader.
