Dr Margaret Lam BOptom UNSW Post Grad OcTherapy practises optometry at 1001 Optometry in Bondi Junction in Sydney and teaches at the School of Optometry at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) as an Adjunct Senior Lecturer. She is a past National President of Optometry Australia.

Jessica Chi is the Director of Eyetech Optometrists, an independent speciality contact lens practice in Melbourne. She is the current Victorian, and a past National President of the Cornea and Contact Lens Society. She is a clinical supervisor at the University of Melbourne, a member of Optometry Victoria Optometric Sector Advisory Group, and a Fellow of the Australian College of Optometry, the British Contact Lens Association, and the International Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control.

Todd Tai is the Managing Director and Publisher of mivision magazine and Managing Director of mivision digital.

Dr Christolyn Raj MBBS (Hons) MMED MPH FRANZCO is a Melbourne-based ophthalmologist with sub-speciality interests in cataract/refractive surgery and retinal disease. Dr Raj is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists and the American Academy of Ophthalmology. She holds a senior lecturer position at the University of Melbourne and is a RANZCO and Melbourne University Medical School Clinical Examiner.

Dr Nathan Kerr is a leading ophthalmologist specialising in glaucoma and cataract surgery. As an investigator for numerous clinical trials – including the PolyActiva first-in-human trial and TRITON study – Dr Kerr is at the forefront of innovative treatments for glaucoma. Dr Kerr has performed thousands of laser and MIGS procedures and is renowned for his expertise in this field. He performed the world’s first iTrack Advance procedure in 2022 and was the first Australian surgeon certified to implant the PreserFlo MicroShunt. He regularly trains fellow surgeons in these advanced techniques, both in Australia and internationally. Dr Kerr co-founded the iTrack Global Data Registry and the International Glaucoma Surgery Registry – contributing to the evidence base through multicentre research collaborations across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia.

Dr Kate Gifford PhD BAppSc (Optom) Hons GCOT FCCLSA FBCLA FIACLE FAAO is a co-Founder and Director of Myopia Profile. She is also a Visiting Research Fellow at the Queensland University of Technology.

Professor David Mackey AO MBBS MD FRANZCO FRACS FAHMS FARVO is an internationally renowned clinician, scientist, and academic. He is Professor of Ophthalmology at University of Western Australia and was the Lions Eye Institute’s Managing Director from 2009 until 2018.
