Sunglasses were the star of the night as new models were paraded on the runway at ‘Milano Moda International Fashion Show’.
This is the second year that sunglasses for women in the collections produced by Italian Association of Optical Goods Manufacturers (Anfao) were paraded on the runway. It is at this time of the year that Anfao steps up its activities with the aim of emphasising the importance of sunglasses, not just as a fashion accessory (certified and of good quality) but also as an item essential for protecting the eyes from the sun’s rays.
The Milano Moda took place in the shadow of the most famous theatre in Italy and under the watchful eyes of the famed Leonardo da Vinci statue.
Some of the brands that appeared at Milano Moda included Tom Ford, Givenchy, Ray-Ban, Dsquared2, Dolce & Gabbana, John Galliano, Carrera, Chanel, Roberto Cavalli, Fendi, Persol, Marc Jacobs, Prada, Oakley, and Serengeti.
