Coopervision Independents First

CooperVision has launched CooperVisionfirst – a package of services aimed at increasing patient loyalty for independent optometrists, who face increasing competition from the Internet and chain retailers.

The number of people buying contact lenses online has increased 2.5 times over the last three years, from 8 per cent to 21 per cent, with that number expected to keep on growing. This represents a real threat for independent optometrists.

But CooperVision believes this service package can help optometrists offer all the benefits of the Internet and will inspire loyalty in their patients and ensure their sustained profitability.
