Coopervision has launched a userfriendly, intuitive online facility to enable customers to place contact lens orders and manage their accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The company says by using CooperVision Online customers can place stock orders and patient orders, order trial lenses for stock or patient use, and submit orders for direct patient delivery via patient express – all in the same transaction if required. They can also use the CooperVision Online service centre to manage their account by checking the status of their orders, and viewing invoices, credits and payments.
