Kylee Hall, Medical Division Manager at Carl Zeiss, said that in recent years the company has invested heavily in its service department to ensure it is world class.
As a result, the department now has 29 factory-trained service engineers across Australia and New Zealand and a dedicated service support centre manned by eight service administrators. Additionally, the department has built up a loan equipment pool exceeding 100 instruments and over AUD$1 million in spare parts and calibration tools.
“We feel this combination of a strong service department and new extended warranty will offer our customers unprecedented protection and piece of mind,” said Ms. Hall.
