Speaking at a celebratory Gala Dinner at Witchmount Estate Winery, Melton’s Shire Council Mayor, Cr Justin Mammarella JP, said, “It was a delight to judge this business and witness their commitment and passion for their community. The business is well planned and has a long-term vision and direction. This strategy combined with the enthusiasm of all who work there will see the business continue to go from strength to strength.”

In the judges’ statement, Eyeclarity was acknowledged as a local business that has successfully grown from its first store in Melton in 1986 to now operate five stores across the western suburbs of Melbourne.
The judges said Eyeclarity has “clearly demonstrated a thriving business model that is meeting their customers’ needs in an increasingly competitive market”.
They also acknowledged Eyeclarity’s strong involvement with the community through business associations, sponsorships of local events, public education and prevention programs and free screenings for children at local primary schools.
