The second annual PersonalEYES Conference Event (PEACE) will be held in Sydney on 7-8 July 2012.
The conference aims to educate optometrists on topics including the diagnosis of various eye conditions; co-management opportunities; the latest surgical procedures and issues surrounding referring patients.
The PEACE Conference is planned and managed by PersonalEyes, a long established ophthalmology group with clinics across Sydney and NSW.
A number of distinguished guest speakers will present at PEACE including Professor Fiona Stapleton, Head of the Optometry School at UNSW; Dr. Rick Wolfe, Medical Director of Vista Eye Specialists, Melbourne; Mr. Andrew McKinnon, CEO of the Optometrists Association of Australia (NSW/ACT); and Mr. Shareef Mahdavi, President of SM2 Strategic, and Business Consultant John Lees who regularly contributes to mivision.

The PersonalEYES Conference kicks off with a dinner event at Dockside on Darling Harbour on Saturday 7 July. The comprehensive CPD program, which offers a total of 21 CPD points and 10.5 therapeutic points, will take place in the Tea Room at the Queen Victoria Building on Sunday 8 July.
