Transitions has created the role of Phone Based Account Manager (PBAM) to increase personal communication with practices and help drive business solutions to meet their unique needs.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column]
“There is a plethora of communication channels available to us, so we’re simplifying the process and making it easier for practices to obtain the information they need more quickly,” said Jason Bowen, Sales Manager for Transitions Optical ANZ.
The new role will be performed by Stephanie Sulda, who becomes the first contact for questions relating to training, products, marketing campaigns and point of sale.
