The Armani Group and Luxottica have signed an exclusive license agreement for the design, manufacturing and worldwide distribution of sun and prescription eyewear under the Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani and A/X Armani Exchange brands.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column]
The 10-year license agreement will begin on 1 January 2013 and the first collection will be presented during the same year. Luxottica projects that Armani eyewear will generate annual sales targeted to exceed AUD$241 million, after the initial launch and once distribution has been fully rolled out across key areas of the globe.
