Augmented reality is one step closer with Google presenting the patent for a virtual keyboard that would facilitate the use of interactive eyewear, like the Project Glass prototypes.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column]
The innovation would enable Google Glass to project a virtual keyboard onto the hands, arms and pieces of furniture then allow the user to write by touching the keys. Interaction would also be possible by the user moving their fingers in the air. If more space for writing is needed, the traditional “qwerty” keyboard with letters can be visualised on other surfaces.
