A series of intensive nine-hour symposia is being held in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, designed to equip independent optometrists with fundamental business and financial skills.
Device Technologies will co-host the symposia with consultancy firm The Private Practice, and National Sales Manager Gary Wyatt says the course is designed to be highly interactive and practical.
Topics covered include growth strategies for independent optometrists, practice positioning through specialised marketing and relationship building strategy, financial modelling and wealth creation.
Mr. Wyatt says the symposia, which includes a follow-up consultancy service, will focus on easily accessible and practical information that can be easily implemented by independent optometry practices.
The symposia will be held in Sydney on 16 October; Brisbane on 23 October and Melbourne on 30 October.
