Eyes Right Optical scored 94.28 per cent for satisfaction in a customer survey conducted as part of the annual Australian Achiever Awards.
Now in its 17th year and still independent, the Australian Achiever Awards score businesses on time related service, addressing client needs, care and attention, value, attitude, communication and overall perception.
Scores above 80 per cent are regarded as exceptional, reflecting outstanding customer service.
In commending the company one customer wrote: “Eyes Right Optical are innovators in a field which is not particularly known for its innovation. They are superb at ensuring your order arrives as ordered and on time and they work to ensure you are kept informed if any unforeseen delays happen. They run a very good ordering system and a very good website, all of which has them leading their field.”
Another wrote, “Nothing is ever a drama for them and if they can’t answer a query right away, they always get back to me with the answer quickly”.
And a third customer commented, “they only supply very good product. They don’t sell junk so I can on-sell what I get from them without any issues. They also have a really good warranty system which gives both me and my clients confidence”.
