Danish brand Lindberg has been awarded the prestigious Red Dot Award for Product Design 2016, recognising its exclusive interior design concept developed for use by global Lindberg partners.
According to the company, the service aims to provide in-store sales settings that stand out from the crowd and do justice to the Lindberg ethos of design excellence.
Lindberg’s Red Dot awarded wall display features a powder coated aluminium case with piano wire to hold 24 frames and a goat skin mounted backdrop.
The hand-carpentered drawers hold 36 frames behind the solid oak wood surfaces, while the LED lamp’s two prisms distribute light high and low. The display door is made from special antireflection glass and features a concealed magnetic locking device for overnight security.
The Red Dot Award will be presented on 4 July at the Red Dot Gala in Essen’s Aalto-Theater in front of 1,200 distinguished guests. The award winning wall display will be showcased within the Red Dot Design Museum Essen in Germany.
