Italian eyewear manufacturer De Rigo Vision has purchased the L’Amy Australia organisation.
Mark Holloway who was Managing Director of L’Amy Australia has been appointed Managing Director of the new subsidiary, which will operate under the name De Rigo Vision Australia.
The company will continue to be headquartered in Sydney and will operate under the same sales and management structure as the former L’Amy Australia company. All existing commercial agreements and service commitments made under L’Amy Australia will continue unchanged and all contact numbers for sales representatives, after sales service and management will remain unchanged.
De Rigo Vision Australia distributes a portfolio of international brands including Police, Furla, Lanvin, Nina Ricci, Chopard, Dunhill, Escada as well as Seiko, Airlight & Levis.
