Heidelberg Engineering has launched a new customer portal that provides online access to a wealth of detailed ophthalmology product information and support materials written by experts in the profession. Content includes e-learning materials, case studies and e-books.
The ‘Business Lounge’ was launched with live demonstrations at the European Society of Retina Specialists (EURETINA) and European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS) in Copenhagen during September.
The Business Lounge has two levels of access. With a basic registration users gain access to information and services that include e-books and e-learning material. Advanced registration, which requires the user to enter a device serial number, provides access to additional information and services such as software updates for their devices and online user manuals.
