Australian born eyewear designer Sener Besim has launched his latest line of luxury eyewear and it’s stunning.
Born in Australia to Albanian and Turkish parents, Besim eloquently describes his eyewear as embodying the merging of cultures where “youth, freedom and design meet tradition, form and technical excellence”.
The Ottoman Empire inspired Besim’s Spring/Summer ’17 line, with complex geometries and intricate mosaics in the details to reflect the beauty and allure of these countries. Each piece takes six months to make by hand in Japan from aviation-grade titanium. Styles are limited to 200 pairs.
