Younger Optics NuPolar Campaign

Younger Optics has launched a marketing campaign for its polarised lens product; NuPolar.

The campaign features a dragonfly whose sight is unrivalled in the insect world; its highly-evolved optic system helps it navigate and reduces the sun’s glare on water.

“The new NuPolar campaign – developed here in Australia – is a bold and confident campaign, the likes of which hasn’t been seen before in the industry,” said Craig Johnston, Younger Optics ANZ Sales and Marketing Manager. “It’s intriguing, thought provoking and a perfect fit.”

The dragonfly has large compound eyes containing around 30,000 individual facets and up to five visual opsins. It can perceive the full colour spectrum and UV light, but more importantly light polarisation. According to Younger Optics, NuPolar’s proprietary HT film technology offers excellent film adhesion and superb colour stability. The lens is also a high efficiency polariser with 100 per cent UV blockage.
