Exhibitor interest in O-Show is strong with just 10 booths left, according to Finola Carey, Chief Executive of ODMA.
O-SHOW, which will showcase the latest optical industry technology, takes place at Peninsula, Central Pier Docklands, Melbourne from 14 –15 July, 2018
Ms. Carey said she was delighted and yet not surprised with the interest received in O-Show. “Once again we are simply fulfilling the wishes of the members who have been wanting a boutique event of this type for some time. Certainly the fact that O-SHOW is owned and organised by ODMA for the benefit of the industry, has been warmly received,” she said.
Exhibiting companies are excited about the fashion focussed event at a boutique venue in the fashion capital of Australia. The spotlight will be on new equipment and releases of new frames and sunglasses. Confirmed exhibitors include Eyes Right Optical, Mimo, Nine Eyewear, Frames Etcetera, Van Staveren Eyewear, Modstyle, Designs for Vision, Tiger Vision, Optimed, Hoya, BOC Instruments, Heidelberg Engineering, OPTOS, ZEISS and Device Technologies to name a few.

Key features of the Show include a window dressing program as well as hands on demonstrations where exhibitors will encourage visitors to compare and contrast the equipment on display.
Exhibitors have been allocated a PROMO code they can use to encourage visitors to attend; and visitors who register (and attend OSHOW) will be entered in a draw to win AU$1000 to spend with the exhibitor whose Promo code they used to pre-register. OShow is timed to coincide with the Sydney Swans playing North Melbourne at Etihad Stadium on Sunday 15 July, 3.20pm. Exhibitors will use the opportunity to get their customers who barrack for these teams to come along and wear their team colours.
A cocktail party will be held within the exhibition on Saturday 14 July, providing a fun networking opportunity.
