Eyecare Plus is engaging with members and non-members to help improve their practices.
“Our practice assessments assist optometrists in improving their practice’s performance and, if required, help them prepare their practice for succession,” said Philip Rose, Eyecare Plus National Business Development Manager.
When assisting with succession planning, Mr Rose said Eyecare Plus helps collate all necessary information that a potential buyer will need to see.
“During this process we try to look through the eyes of a buyer, to help the owner prepare for the upcoming conversations. An important aspect is to determine price expectations and how value can be added to any practice sale.”
