Credabl (www.credabl.com), a specialist lender to medical professionals, has appointed Barry Lanesman as a Non-Executive Director to its Board, with immediate effect.
Welcoming Barry to the Board, CEO Stafford Hamilton noted the extensive medical finance experience he will bring to the business.

“Barry enjoyed a prominent 25 year career in Australia’s finance sector, co-founding specialist lending for the medical sector in the early 90’s. He played a critical role in shaping the way that banks and other lenders assess the credit profile of doctors, dentists and vets, and was the trailblazer for a range of product innovations for this niche specialist group.
“Barry’s remarkable entrepreneurial form adds to the depth of knowledge of the Board at a time when Credabl is in a growth phase, carving out a strong future for re-shaping personal and business finance solutions for medical professionals in Australia,” added Mr Stafford.
In taking up his position as a non-executive Director, Mr Lanesman said, “I am delighted to re-connect with former colleagues and join the Board of Credabl. Mr Lanesman, a former dentist, is CEO of the UK dentistry business Dentex Healthcare Group.
Credabl was established by a founding management team with a long history and successful track record in the medical finance market. In addition to traditional distribution channels, Credabl is currently developing a digital lending platform to streamline the way in which medical professionals can access their business and personal finance requirements.
Since being established in 2017, Credabl has originated loans in excess of AU$300 million.
