Mita a new, sustainable eyewear brand out of Miami, Florida, launched last month at Mido.
The first collection comprises 17 optical styles and 13 sunglasses made from recycled and recyclable materials, with plastic frames made from PET plastic bottles collected from the ocean, and metal frames made from recycled aluminium. The attention to the environment does not stop at the frames, with demo and sun biodegradable lenses, components and packaging.
