Interactive Webinar on Advances in IOL Technology

Registration is now open for ‘IOL Technology: Why it matters for optometrists’, a two-session (22 February and 8 March, 2022) interactive educational webinar held by Alcon. Awarded 1.25i (interactive) points from Optometry Australia, the webinar is set to review and discuss the recent advances in intraocular lens (IOL) technology.

On the agenda are the topics of IOL technology and design features that matter for optometrists, the patient perspective, and useful & practical clinical tips for optometrists. Other discussions will include optometry-focussed pre- and post-operative considerations as well as what properties are important in IOL design to improve patient outcomes.
