Optometry Australia’s online conference, Optometry Virtually Connected (OVC), will take place this year from Friday 17 to Sunday 19 June.
Since its launch in 2020, OVC has established itself as one of the leading optometric education forums in the Southern Hemisphere. Held completely online, the national conference gives delegates the ultimate flexibility to attend a program of curated quality education while also maintaining patient appointments or personal commitments.
Free for Optometry Australia members, OVC offers over 30 hours of quality assured CPD across a live and on-demand program, with an additional education program delivered by event sponsors.
Professor Noel Brennan, a preeminent Australian academic who works in the United States researching contact lenses and myopia, has been engaged as keynote speaker. He will present alongside a quality line-up of Australian and international speakers.
Delegates will also have the opportunity to explore OVC’s virtual product showcase where they will learn about the latest clinical and patient management technology, and products on the market, from leading optometric suppliers.
