Shamir Australia has expanded its team with the appointment of two new sales representatives, Sam Pender and Tracey Carrington.
Sam Pender
Mr Pender, who has spent seven years working in the optical industry as an optical dispenser, retail manager, and Shamir customer service officer, said he looks forward to working closely with Shamir’s clientele, improving their customer experience and growing brand loyalty with Shamir’s cutting-edge technology. He will represent Shamir Australia in Queensland and northern New South Wales.

Tracey Carrington
Ms Carrington has over 25 years’ experience in the optical industry, having worked in optical dispensing, frame sales and practice management. A Shamir customer for many years, Ms Carrington said she is a strong believer in the company’s quality products. With a passion for customer service combined with strong product knowledge, Ms Carrington added that she is excited to be part of the team, and looking after customers in Queensland and the Northern Territory.
