Optometry Victoria South Australia (OV/SA) has appointed two new Board members – Simon Hanna and Andrew Anderson.
Both were appointed to the board at the OV/SA’s recent annual general meeting.
Announcing the appointment, OV/SA said Mr Hanna had worked with Optometry Australia for almost a decade and has represented the profession to the Australian Government on key issues. He has clinical, professional and academic experience.
OV/SA said Mr Anderson has a long history of research within optometry. He has held research appointments in the US and UK and has been a teaching and research academic at the University of Melbourne. He has previously worked with OV/SA as an education consultant.
