Optometry Australia (OA) is calling for nominations for the 2023 H. Barry Collin Research Medal. The prestigious medal recognises outstanding contributions to the advancement of knowledge in optics, vision science, or clinical optometry.
The medal is accompanied by a monetary prize of AU$5,000 and the recipient is required to submit a paper for publication in Optometry Australia’s journal, Clinical & Experimental Optometry.
The H. Barry Collin Research Medal was established in 1977 in recognition of the pioneering work in ophthalmic research by H. Barry Collin AM.
