The company has recently focussed its efforts on smart lenses, which can be printed with integrated technology like LCD displays and holographic film.

Meta issued a statement to technology news site TechCrunch saying: “We are delighted that the Luxexcel team has joined Meta. This extends the partnership between the two companies.”
