Orthoptics Australia (OA) has opened applications for grant opportunities for its members.
The OA Research Grant of up to AU$5,000 is aimed at researchers conducting pilot studies to promote research in areas related to the vision sciences. Applications close 30 August 2023.
The OA Vic Branch has a once-yearly grant to assist its regional members to attend Victoria’s Branch Annual Scientific Meetings (ASM). The closing date is 16 June.
The Zoran Georgievski Medal is an award that recognises a member of Orthoptics Australia for their substantial contribution to furthering the profession of orthoptics
The Orthoptics Australia NSW Branch has established an annual rural grant of $500 to assist its members to attend continuing education events. A similar grant, of up to $200, is available for NSW student members. Applications for both grants close 30 June 2023.
