Dr Rolando Toyos, the globally recognised leader in dry eye disease (DED) and inventor of IPL treatment for dry eye, is set to visit New South Wales to present a lecture series for health professionals and a separate lecture for patients.
Dr Toyos, who is based in the United States, has trained hundreds of surgeons internationally on surgical techniques, medications, and new technologies. He has authored several papers and books.
Dr Toyos will discuss and demonstrate the importance of IPL treatment for DED, as well as his newest book, the third in a trilogy
Hosted by Dry Eye Solution, a group of independent dry eye clinics, Dr Toyos will discuss and demonstrate the importance of IPL treatment for DED, as well as his newest book, the third in a trilogy, Toyos Dry Eye Diet – What to eat to heal your Dry Eyes, which has just been released on Amazon, with all proceeds going to the underprivileged.

Dr Toyos’ lectures to health professionals will take place on:
• Monday 1 May at Magenta Shores on the Central Coast, and
• Wednesday 3 May at Sydney Hilton, both from 6.30pm.
He will present a lecture to patients on the NSW Central Coast, on Sunday 30 April from 2–4pm.
