Tickets for the 2023 Specsavers Clinical Conference (SCC) are now on sale.
SCC is one of the largest eye care conferences in Australia and a highlight of the ANZ optometry professional development calendar.
All optometry professionals and optometry students are invited to attend
SCC brings together a growing audience of optometrists and optometry professionals from across Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on delivering continuous education and advanced clinical practice.
Now in its 12th year, SCC will return from 28-29 October as a hybrid conference with an in-person event in Sydney as well as the full conference delivered virtually.
Speakers at this year’s program include Dr Brendan Cronin, Dr Kate Reid, Dr Lindsay McGrath, Dr Rushmia Karim, Prof Adrian Fung, Dr Shenton Chew and pharmacist Ljubica Bukorovic. Topics include myopia, keratoconus and allergies, intraocular lesions and masquerades, optic nerve stroke and diabetic retinopathy. The winners of the Dame Mary Perkins Award and Doug Perkins Medal will be announced.
Early bird ticket prices are available until 30 June, 2023. All optometry professionals and optometry students are invited to attend.
