Woodys Eyewear CEO Josep Dosta drew on his love of the sea and wake skating to develop a brand that would break stereotypes.
Eager to find sunglasses he could use to practice his favourite sport, he observed the key to this in the sheets used to craft wakeboards. That was back in 2013, and the very first collection was made from skateboard scraps. Overtime Josep began to incorporate bamboo and pear wood to design totally different, sustainably sourced frames, made from unique natural materials.
Since that time Josep and his team have continued to experiment with new materials, to explore new terrains and perfecte the manufacturing process.
Now available in 52 countries, Woodys Eyewear is “unique, authentic and sophisticated”… and available in a host of solid and translucent colour combinations.
