Eyetelligence has announced a significant milestone, officially changing its name to Optain.
In a media release, the company said the strategic decision reflects the alignment and integration of Eyetelligence with its parent company, Optain Health.
“The change of name to Optain signifies a new chapter in our journey, as we harness the synergy and resources of Optain Health to deliver even greater value to our customers, partners, and stakeholders,” the company said.
Optain’s Assure software uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to analyse retinal images for features of glaucoma, referrable diabetic retinopathy, and neovascular AMD.

The company said the transition to the name Optain would not impact existing contracts, agreements, or ongoing business relationships.
