Marcolin has partnered with MCM, the German luxury fashion house born in Munich in 1976, to exclusively design, produce and distribute MCM eyewear worldwide until 31 December 2028. The first MCM sunglasses and optical collection produced by Marcolin will be available in select stores from January 2024.
Born from the innovative and rule-breaking ambiance of 1970s Munich, MCM emerged as a refreshing alternative to conventional luxury, encapsulating the essence of ‘L’enfant terrible’.
Independently designing premium accessories for the audacious jet-set era, the brand swiftly gained global acclaim and today champions a new age of elegance, blending wanderlust and inclusivity while addressing nuanced requirements of today’s modern traveller and digital nomad.
MCM is stocked in over 650 stores in prime cities, including Milan, Paris, New York and Tokyo.
Marcolin has stated that it will develop MCM’s eyewear collections following the founding values of the brand, which has always combined craftsmanship, deisgn and sustainability in its creations.
