Mitigating Risk in Eye Care Study

Optometrists, optical dispensers, practice managers, and practice administrative staff are invited to participate in a short study aimed at helping to mitigate risk in eye care to improve patient outcomes.

Participating individuals will be asked to attend an online focus group discussion consisting of a facilitator and up to 10 other participants.

Findings will be used to create e-resources to help those involved in providing eye care to identify and mitigate risks.

The project is a collaboration involving Deakin University, Optometry Australia, and The University of Melbourne.

The first step to participation is to complete a short, online survey.
