Specsavers has been identified as the optometry provider that offers the highest level of customer service, taking Gold in the 2023 Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards. Optical Superstore came in second place, taking silver.
The Readers Digest Quality Service awards showcase companies that have “gone above and beyond their customer service expectations”.
To identify winners, Readers Digest engages the independent market research agency Catalyst Consultancy and Research to survey a representative sample of 2,500 Australians. Catalyst collected data of companies who over the past 12 months had provided the highest level of customer service across 33 categories, rating each organisation across five key pillars of customer service: Personalisation, Understanding, Simplicity, Satisfaction and Consistency.

The highest rated company of each category was awarded the status of Gold Winner, with the second highest rated company awarded the Silver Standard Winner.
Specsavers also won Gold in the audiology category.
