Specsavers has been named among Australia’s top retailers for delivering customer experience in two new surveys.
The 2023 KPMG Customer Experience Survey, which surveyed more than 20,000 people globally and over 2,500 people in Australia, ranked Specsavers fourth on the list of brands in Australia that deliver the best customer experience.
In addition, Specsavers optical and audiology business also took out the Gold Award in the 2024 Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards for the categories of Optometry and Hearing Care.
