Organisers of the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Eye Health Conference (NATSIEHC24) are calling for abstract submissions to be submitted by this Friday, 23 February.
Abstracts are welcome from anyone working in or interested in improving Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander eye health. Abstract submissions that include at least one Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander presenter will be given preference for inclusion.
The 2024 conference, which will be held in Hobart (Nipaluna Country) on 22–24 May, is themed ‘Our Vision in Action’.
Organisers said the NATSIEHC24 theme was a “natural progression from vision and planning in the 2022 and 2023 themes”.
“The progression of themes also mirrors the progression in First Nations leadership and ownership of the conference itself,” they said.
