Dr Glen ‘Bubba’ Steele, Emeritus Professor of the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, will deliver a 12-hour masterclass for members of the Australasian College of Behavioural Optometrists (ACBO) from 16-17 November 2024.
To be held at the Sydney Central Hotel in Haymarket, the masterclass will include four interactive workshops.

- Just Look Retinoscopy,
- Active vs passive (screen use) development,
- Numerous case studies, including alternating esotropia, binocular high hyperopia, exotropia, and intermittent exotropia,
- Effect of visual stress on attention,
- Development of central and peripheral vision,
- Recommendations for fixation targets, and lenses,
- Recommendations for device use management,
- Prescribing plus lenses, and
- Early visual guidance and rehabilitation.
