Exhibitor space can now be booked for ODMAFair 2025, an event run by the Optical Distributors and Manufacturers Association of Australia (ODMA) to support the eyecare and eyewear industry.
Returning to the International Convention Centre (ICC) in Sydney’s Darling Harbour precinct from 27–29 June, ODMAFair will showcase the latest eyewear, equipment, lenses and optical related offerings, including buying groups and business services.
ODMA CEO, Amanda Trotman said “ODMA Fair in 2025 will allow us to expand on the O-SHOW offering that has been so popular in recent years. At O-SHOW, we must limit exhibitors to no more than four booth spaces and whilst we love the format and boutique feel, it will be great to enable those wanting more space to expand their presence and to allow for a broader range of exhibitors to be invited to participate.”

New Floorplan
Ms Trotman has announced a new trade fair floorplan, that incorporates dispersed catering, a central Knowledge Centre with headphones, and a mix of large supplier spaces and custom booths.
“There will be multiple Frames Central areas… and catering areas with comfortable places to grab a cuppa and chat… This is to add interest all around the floor and encourage people to mingle and to transfer that wonderful relaxed and friendly vibe that we achieved at OSHOW in this larger ODMAFair event,” Ms Trotman said.
She said significant time had been invested in designing the floorplan to ensure exhibitors are able to maximise their involvement.
“This makes for a strong event (which) in turn encourages supplier commitment to support future events, events that the industry appreciates and benefits from and which cannot happen without the substantial investment suppliers make to be able to effectively present their offerings,” she said.
The floorplan is being released in stages. To find out more, email Trudi: [email protected].
