Hilco Vision, a leading provider of eye care products, has appointed Girisha Chandraraj as its new CEO, replacing Ross Brownlee.
Announcing the appointment, Hilco Vision said Mr Chandraraj brings a strong track record to the role including serving as CEO at Marbles: The Brain Store and Elite Sportswear.
Most recently, as CEO Careismatic Brands, he led the integration and transformation of the business into an integrated scalable platform, the company said in a statement.
His experience includes delivering best-in-class digital solutions for both industry partners and consumers, driving operational efficiency initiatives, and developing leading brands that align with customer needs.

Hilco Vision is a member of the Windjammer Capital Investors family of companies and Matt Anderson, Managing Director at Windjammer Capital, said the appointment will “allow Hilco Vision to build on its brands, distribution partnerships, and infrastructure capabilities to continue to meet customer needs in the rapidly changing area of eye health”.
Mr Chandraraj said he was excited to be joining Hilco Vision.
