Laubman and Pank has been recognised with Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied Customer Award for optical store chains for the second year in a row.
The award was decided by over 3,000 Australians that had visited an optical store within the last two years.
From competition including Specsavers, Oscar Wylee, OPSM, Eyecare Plus and Bailey Nelson, Laubman and Pank was the only optical store to receive a top rating of five stars across every category, which includes overall satisfaction, customer service, value for money, product range, checkout experience and store layout and presentation.

Along with these award results, the survey revealed insights into how Australians choose to shop at their optometrist, revealing:
• Only 51% will visit the same optometrist,
• 18% will only visit an optometrist because it’s covered by their health insurance, and
• 26% have taken out extras/health insurance to help with their eye health.
When asked why customers will return to the same optometrist, results showed:
• 41% do so because of good customer service and support,
• 26% because of the convenient location either close to home or work, and
• 13% because they believe it is reasonably priced.
