Presenters include Dr Rajeev Chalasani, a patient-focussed ophthalmologist with extensive experience in managing diabetes-related eye conditions, and Jo McKenzie, a community member who lives with diabetic macular oedema. Together, they will explore the clinical realities of managing diabetic retinopathy and diabetic macular oedema and highlight the importance of holistic, person-centred care in supporting people living with these conditions.
