The new Specsavers Hamilton team
Specsavers has marked a milestone 400th store, with the opening of a new practice in Hamilton in regional Victoria.
Specsavers said the store location reflected its ongoing focus on supporting regional and remote communities, where accessing healthcare services can sometimes be more challenging.
The store will be led by Billy Choi and Holly Harper.
Ms Harper, who has family ties to Hamilton, said she was “excited about the new chapter and can’t wait to become part of the fabric of the community and surrounding region”.
“Access to eyecare shouldn’t depend on where someone lives. By bringing affordable eyecare closer to home, we hope to make it easier for people across Hamilton and the surrounding region to access the support they need.”
Mr Choi agreed. “If we can make top-quality eyecare straightforward and accessible for everyone around here, then we’ve done our job,” he said.
