DryEye Forte is a practitioner-dispensed oral nutritional supplement designed to complement topical and in-practice treatments as part of a multimodal approach to dry eye management.
Its formula works systemically to support tear film function and anti-inflammatory pathways, combining re-esterified fish-oil omega 3 (EPA and DHA), GLA from borage oil, antioxidant vitamin E, and vitamin D3.
DryEye Forte delivers 1,200 mg EPA and DHA daily. Randomised clinical trials and meta-analyses of omega 3 supplementation have reported improvements in dry eye symptoms and measures of tear film and ocular surface health.1-4 Vitamin D deficiency has been associated with greater dry eye symptoms and reduced tear production.5 Recommended and sold through eye care professionals.
