Luxottica Group has acquired the New Zealand-based MySight Vision Specialists Group for an undisclosed price. The acquisition gives Luxottica 12 eye care practices plus an online contact lens business, LensDirect. Luxottica now has 110 eyewear/eye care locations in NZ.
