Six Times Over: Specsavers Most Trusted Optometry Brand

For the sixth consecutive year, Specsavers has secured its place as the Most Trusted Optometry Brand in both Australia and New Zealand, as recognised by Reader’s Digest Magazine in the 25th Annual Most Trusted Brands survey.

The survey is conducted through independent market research, gathering the views of 4,300 Australians and 1,800 New Zealanders across a wide demographic. Respondents are asked to rank brands they trust most across 68 categories in Australia and 67 in New Zealand.

According to a press release issued by Specsavers, six consecutive awards (2020-2025) highlight the continued confidence consumers have in the brand’s commitment to delivering high-quality, accessible, and affordable eye care.

Dr Ben Ashby, Clinical Services Director ANZ, said the company was “thrilled” by the recognition.

“Specsavers is committed to providing our customers with a mix of greater choice, high-quality, accessible, and affordable care. Receiving such fantastic feedback from this prestigious consumer survey is a great reminder that we’re on the right path – and it’s something we’re truly proud of,” said Dr Ashby.

“Our customers rely on us for expert eye care delivered by highly qualified local optometrists. Being consistently recognised in this way shows we’re making a real impact. Every Specsavers team member – from our store Partners to support office staff – plays a vital role in earning and maintaining the trust of our customers.”
