EssilorLuxottica continues its expansion into ophthalmology clinics with the acquisition of Signifeye, a Belgian ophthalmology platform comprising 15 eye centres and clinics in the Flanders region.
The transaction comes soon after the acquisition of Optegra, a fast-growing and highly integrated ophthalmology platform in Europe that operates over 70 clinics in the UK, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and the Netherlands.
Offering both medically necessary ophthalmic treatments and elective vision procedures, the Signifeye platform provides the full spectrum of eye healthcare services.
